This Site (elias-saliba.com) is operated by Elias Saliba ("I," "me," or "my"), offering private 1:1 strategy sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect when you visit the Site or book a session, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I Collect
When you book a Clarity Session, I collect the information you provide during checkout and scheduling, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details. Payment card information is processed directly by my payment processor and is not stored on my own servers. When you're redirected to Calendly to select a session time, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences under its own privacy policy. If you join your session via Google Meet, Google collects standard call data (audio/video, device information, and your Google account information if you're signed in) under its own privacy policy. I also automatically collect basic technical information when you browse the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect to process and fulfill your booking, communicate with you about your session (including scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling), deliver your custom action plan and session recording after your call, process payments and refunds, respond to inquiries sent to hello@elias-saliba.com, and improve the Site's content and performance. I do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
I rely on trusted third-party services to run this practice, including a payment processor to handle credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions, Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for hosting sessions, and my website/hosting provider (WordPress/WooCommerce). Each of these providers processes your information under their own privacy policies, and I encourage you to review them. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties beyond my agreements with them.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and support checkout functionality. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect some Site functionality, including checkout.
Data Retention
I retain your personal and booking information for as long as necessary to provide my services, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, you can contact me using the details below and I'll honor reasonable requests where I'm not legally required to retain the information.
Your Rights

Children's Privacy
This Site and my services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elias-saliba.com (the "Site") and your purchase of a strategy session ("Session") from Elias Saliba. By booking a Session or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
I offer private, 1:1 strategy consulting sessions focused on advertising, growth planning, offer positioning, funnel optimization, and related marketing strategy topics. Sessions are for strategic advice and consulting only. I do not manage, execute, or take direct responsibility for your advertising campaigns, accounts, or business operations as part of a Session, unless separately agreed to in writing as part of a distinct done-for-you engagement.
2. Booking and Payment
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the Site. Once payment is completed, you'll be redirected to Calendly to select an available time slot. Full payment is required to reserve your Session, and your Session time is not confirmed until scheduling is complete via Calendly.
3. Session Delivery
Sessions are conducted over Google Meet at the scheduled time. It is your responsibility to join the call on time using a working internet connection and device. Late arrival may reduce your available session time.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Session at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time, using the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the Session may not be accommodated and may be treated as a missed Session under Section 5.
5. Missed Sessions
If you fail to attend your scheduled Session without providing the notice described in Section 4, the Session will be treated as forfeited, and no refund or free rescheduling will be provided, except at my sole discretion.
6. Refund Policy
If you attend your full Session and genuinely do not find value in it, I will provide a 100% refund upon request. Refund requests should be sent to hello@elias-saliba.com within a reasonable time after your Session. Refunds are not available for Sessions that were not attended (see Section 5) or for dissatisfaction with outcomes achieved after implementing advice, since results depend on factors outside my control, including your own execution.
7. No Guarantee of Results
My Sessions provide strategic advice, insight, and recommendations based on the information you share with me. I do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, return on ad spend, or other result from participating in a Session. Testimonials and results shared on the Site reflect individual client experiences and are not guarantees of your own results.
8. Confidentiality
I will treat information you share with me during your Session as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as necessary to deliver my services (for example, to scheduling or video-conferencing providers) or as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, videos, and my name and branding, is owned by me or my licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without my prior written permission. Any custom action plan or recording provided to you after your Session is for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in a Session, including but not limited to lost profits or lost business opportunities. My total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a Session will not exceed the amount you paid for that Session.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site or booking of future Sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab of Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
