Terms & conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of elias-saliba.com (the "Site") and your purchase of a private strategy session ("Session") from Elias Saliba ("I", "me" or "my"). By booking a Session or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services provided

I offer private, 1:1 strategy consulting sessions of 60 minutes, held over video call, focused on advertising, growth planning, offer positioning, launches, funnel optimization and related marketing strategy. Sessions are for strategic advice and consulting only. I do not manage, execute or take direct responsibility for your advertising campaigns, accounts or business operations as part of a Session, unless we separately agree in writing to a distinct done-for-you engagement.

2. Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through the Site and paid in full, in advance, at the price shown at checkout (currently $300 USD). Payment is processed by Ziina on its secure payment page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once payment is complete, you choose an available time on my Google Calendar booking page. Your Session is confirmed once you have picked a time and received the calendar invitation by email.

3. Session delivery

Sessions take place on a private video call (Google Meet) at the scheduled time. The link is in your calendar invitation and confirmation email. It is your responsibility to join on time with a working device and internet connection. If you join late, the Session still ends at its scheduled time.

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your Session at no extra charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time, using the link in your confirmation email. Requests made less than 24 hours before the Session may not be accommodated and may be treated as a missed Session under section 5.

5. Missed sessions

If you do not attend your scheduled Session and did not give the notice described in section 4, the Session is treated as forfeited. No refund or free rescheduling is provided, except at my sole discretion.

6. Refund policy

If you attend your full Session and genuinely do not find value in it, I will refund 100% of what you paid on request. Send refund requests to hello@elias-saliba.com within a reasonable time after your Session. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for Sessions that were not attended (see section 5), or for dissatisfaction with outcomes after implementing advice, since results depend on factors outside my control, including your own execution.

7. No guarantee of results

Sessions provide strategic advice, insight and recommendations based on the information you share with me. I do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, return on ad spend or other result. Testimonials and reviews on the Site reflect individual clients' experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.

8. Confidentiality

I treat what you share with me in your booking request and during your Session as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where needed to deliver the Session (for example, to scheduling or video-call providers) or where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, videos, and my name and branding, is owned by me or my licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without my prior written permission. Any notes or materials I share with you after your Session are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in a Session, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. My total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a Session will not exceed the amount you paid for that Session.

11. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to bookings made from that date. Continuing to use the Site or booking a future Session after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
